On the day of the scheduled massage she no showed. When I text her to confirm she was coming, she text me back stating that because I didn’t go online and schedule the massage that it wasn’t in her calendar. She never told me I had to go online. Mistakes happen, I get that and was more than willing to offer grace and reschedule for another day, but there was no apology or communication.
