Had 6 years of good service/ communication. 3 months ago, they changed my doctor, and he refilled my current Rx. Fast forward to now, and I realize I don't have any refills remaining. The closest appointment was 3 weeks out, meaning I will run out of medication before my appointment. I let the staff know that and have not gotten a response other than we need to see you in person. Have not heard from my actual doctor, only one time out of five times calling has the reception actually answered and all they could tell me was no I cannot get an extension until my appointment and that I will run out of medication. They are making no effort to help me, and I have not heard from my actual doctor for 3 months, despite leaving several voicemails.
