Read MoreMy son had an appointment with Raven. When he made this appointment over the phone WITH Raven, he explained that he needed his meds refilled. He didnt request ANY other services. He was told that he could either go to the urgent care that day to get meds, or wait until his appointment the following Monday with her to get his prescriptions. We waited until his appointment. He gets there and is told that they don't do prescriptions there and that he would need to instead go to urgent care for his meds if he wasn't willing to pay her to help him find a job/housing (he does not need help with either). RAVEN intentionally LIED about her intentions with my child and that appointment just so she could make more money off of him coming in to her office and charging his insurance KNOWING she wasn't going to help him. If his insurance is billed for today's visit, I will fight it because he was not provided a service and was not helped in any way, shape, or form and Raven is not deserving of pay she didnt earn.
