Yes, life happens. However, this was an easily avoidable administrative oversight and equating that to a patient emergency is disingenuous. The practice could have rescheduled/cancelled prior to the day of the appointment, but waited until 20 minutes before the time to do so. A truly poor patient experience. Truthfully, you should remove the Book Online option from your website if Dr. Sekhsaria does not care to see new patients regarding ENT matters.
