From the moment we walked in, the doctor and his assistant created a calm, welcoming environment that immediately put both of us at ease. My daughter tends to manage uncomfortable moments with humor, and instead of brushing that off, the doctor and his assistant leaned into the moment with us. They laughed along, engaged in conversation, and never once made us feel like we were a bother or out of line — something that’s rare and truly appreciated in a medical setting.
The doctor was incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the procedure and gave us a clear understanding of how ingrown toenails work and why they happen. He managed to break it all down in a way that was informative without being overwhelming, something I imagine is a real gift when it comes to dealing with nervous patients.
Two weeks later, when we returned for a follow-up, the doctor walked in and immediately complimented my daughter on her new haircut. That small moment meant the world to her, not just because he noticed, but because it showed he genuinely saw her as a person, not just a patient.
We were in and out quickly, everything was handled efficiently, but we never felt rushed. He
was straight to the point, professional, and yet incredibly personable. It’s rare to find a provider who blends deep expertise with such a great bedside manner, but he does it seamlessly.
If we ever need podiatry services again, this will be the first place we call. I would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with foot issues. You won’t just be treated — you’ll be cared for.
