I waited over an hour to see Dr. Chung, and once he finally came in, he started asking me unrelated questions about my job history and field of education—none of which had anything to do with the reason I was there. It felt strange and uncomfortable. He didn’t examine me or seem genuinely interested in my symptoms. Despite explaining my pain and symptoms multiple times, he just kept asking me to point to where it hurt.
The most frustrating part was when he asked, “What do you want me to do?” I was stunned. I came to a medical professional for help, not to be interrogated or brushed off. If I knew how to fix the problem myself, I wouldn’t have made the appointment.
Dr. Chung came off as rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in bedside manner. This visit felt like a complete waste of my time, and I left feeling unheard and unsupported. Waste of my money!
