I had an appointment scheduled for over a month for this morning at eight am. I took off specifically for this appointment and made an effort to get there by eight a m because this was supposedly the only appointment available with the specialist within the next few months.
After 30 minutes of sitting in the chair, I find out that the Doctor I need to see is not in.And an appointment with such doctor cannot be made on the website.
Why then would patients be compelled to use the website????
It is already inconvenient enough that when you call on the telephone you get forwarded to an answering machine and text message responds while you are still on the phone.
You have a great staff.Just let them work and do routine customer service , like every other office.
If you need to....hire additional people.
The ironic thing is if I was late they would have canceled my appointment at my expense and mean while the Dr isnt even in today.
Come on, use humans. IT IS TARNISHING AN OTHERWISE EXCELLENT OFFICE.
Great staff, modern office and equipment. Most importantly, the practical expertise and care of my Dentist - Dr AJ was excellent. I literally could have fallen asleep in the chair.
