Thank you so much, Kait, for nearly two years of incredible training support! From the very first session, I knew I was in good hands. You have an amazing depth of knowledge, and what impresses me even more is your constant dedication to learning and growing. While there is a general workout plan for the week, you always thoughtfully tailor each session to my specific goals and limitations, ensuring I’m pushing myself in a safe and effective way.
What truly stands out is your unwavering commitment to helping me improve and heal. I really appreciate the time you take to explain exercises (even the ones I should have memorized by now!), your constant guidance on form and on making sure I’m performing movements correctly. On top of all that, you motivate me to keep going, even on days when my motivation is lacking. You’re also a great listener and always generous with your time, even when you’re pulled in multiple directions.
Every session is both challenging and enjoyable, and I always leave feeling accomplished. Since training with you, I’ve made incredible progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
