Read MoreReferred by a family member who has been a loyal patient for years. Scheduled my daughter for a physical 3 months out and was told that she would receive info on paperwork and confirmation. Not only did she not receive any other contact, but day of appointment came and they said she was not scheduled. Called and spoke to scheduling again, and the representative, yawned, said she was a no show, and when I told her what happened, said oh well, the next appointment was 6 months out. This doctor may be great, but we will never find out as it is the office staff we came in contact with seem incompetent.
