He keeps his knowledge up to date and strive to learn new techniques to benefit his patients even though he has a very busy schedule already. Last year I accidently cracked one of my teeth severely. He evaluated the situation and introduced me Bioclear technique that he learned recently that saved my tooth from been needing to be extracted! Bioclear does not covered by insurance but he charged me very reasonable price which end up saving me from a lot of pain and money of having to do implant or crown if I lost my tooth due to the crack. I have no doubt that he could have made more money and save himself more hassle if he extracted the tooth and do the crown the traditional way. But he took his time to do what’s the best for his patients, not just to make money. His office is soooo clean, and he added many new equipment to prevent covid during this pandemic to ensure his team and his patients are safe when we need to visit his office during this difficult time. All his office staffs are professional and kind, everyone is working hard to serve their patients right. His office scheduling is also superb, even though his office is really busy, the most I every waited is maybe 10 minutes? And of course most of the time is puncture, they let me in right on my appointment time. He also really cares about his patients, I had couple toothache emergency time that I called the office for help. Dr. Kao always able to squeeze some time from his hectic schedule (Most of the time is his lunch time I guess…) to help me out with my pain.
