I phone this office in March 2024. I was having horrible and insufferable pain in my lower abdomen. I was given a new patient appointment, in spite of me being a veteran patient to this office. I was given an appointment for May 14th. They said if there was a cancellation I could probably get one earlier. I called twice in April to check for cancellations, both times, informing them of my insufferable pain. On (put in date) I went to the ER because the pain was a 10 and I could barely walk. The ER doctor recommended that I contact my Gynecologist and ask for an earlier appt than my May 14th because there could be an underling problem. I contacted this office as instructed by ER doctor. The front desk person of this office was unexpectedly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She yelled “you were given the earliest appointment for a new patient.” She completely ignored anything I said about my level pain or having to go to the ER. I was in too much pain to plea my case. I humbly said ok with a tear stained face and hung up. The front desk represents everyone behind the wall including the doctors. The treatment was inexcusable for a doctor’s office. Maybe this office needs to take a line from the Hippocratic Oath that states “….warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug. “
