Office NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE when you call to make an appointment.
They send RoboCalls with a prompt for you to set up an appointment, these calls always come between 12:00 and 12:15, and guess what, they are CLOSED FOR LUNCH BETWEEN 12:00 and 1:00.
I guess when you are a specialty office in a town of few choices shoddy customer service doesn't matter.
There should ALWAYS be someone answering phones even if they have to place you on hold while they accommodate people in the order they called.
Not answering patient phone calls is the epitome of not caring a bit about patients
