I don't have much to say about the care from the doctor I saw (it wasn't great), but I'm writing this review because the front office and phone system are horrendous. It's almost impossible to get a hold of someone to make an appointment or to ask a question, and calls are usually sent to voicemail.
Even worse, their phone tree appears to give patients two options to speak to someone: one to leave a voicemail (#4) and one to talk to a live receptionist (#6), but both actually go to voicemail the the majority of the time (and this is during their normal business hours.) It's absurd. I asked the receptionist why this happens, and he told me that if you press #6 to speak to a receptionist and he is on another call, the phone sends the patient to voicemail instead of putting the patient on hold to talk to someone. The male receptionist is exceptionally condescending, and it's very clear that no one has any accountability or interest in fixing the problems in the office that patients have repeatedly pointed out (as evidenced in these reviews.)
The practice is disorganized and mismanaged in other ways: for example, my second appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for two months later. I was told by the front office that there is no office manager and that the doctors manage the office, which might explain why this place is a mess. I'm currently looking for a different neurologist.
