Grace, the aesthetician, was friendly but didn’t ask any questions about my skincare routine or concerns, which could have helped personalize the treatment. I was surprised that the prices weren’t listed online, unlike most other spas. The dermaplane add-on cost $45, which seemed high compared to the usual $25 at other places. At checkout, I was offered a $25 discount if I left a review right then, so I agreed. However, after reflecting at home, I felt the review was too rushed and not truly reflective of my experience, so I deleted it. It also felt awkward being put on the spot to write a review, knowing it wouldn’t be well thought out or truly reflective of my experience.
Upon further inspection in my home mirror, I noticed a few areas that were missed during the dermaplane, leaving it looking patchy. Overall, it was just an okay experience, and I'm not yet feeling committed to returning.
