Read MoreVery bad experience. After waiting 45 minutes, I found out the doctor hadn’t even arrived at the building. She never showed up, and the staff didn’t apologize or explain anything — in fact, they were rude and dismissive. I ended up canceling my appointment and leaving.
On top of that, I was told that an “annual check-up” requires two separate visits: the first session is only a conversation, and the second appointment is when the actual physical exam is done. This felt like a waste of time and an excuse to bill patients for two visits instead of one.
Overall, unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. I would not recommend this office.
