Read MoreI make an appointment for a procedure on sept 2024 and I called a week prior to cancel nobody answered so I left a message which stated someone from the office will call you back in 24 to 48 hours, I never received the call back so I have to go through appointments service to cancel and re-scheduled which I did and the person in charge of the appointments nice and sweet so like 2 days after I re-scheduled the appointment I received a call from the office of Dr Mayoral a rude old voice sounded lady reclaiming about why I didn’t show up for the procedure and explained to her what happened and also I told her that I re-sheduled and in a very rude way she insisted in charge me for a no show even though it was fixed with the scheduling department so because she was so rude and unprofessional I requested a cancellation of the procedure due to her attitude and she said fine and hung up on me , now Im receiving a bill for 2 no show appointments when I cancel all of them much prior to the procedure, I can’t think if they do the same to the elderly person just for collect money , DR MAYORAL IS A EXCELLENT DR but his personnel no are the best ones.
