When he came into the room he said hello my name is Bill, he didn’t refer to himself as Dr. Smith, just Bill.
What a wonderful impression he made on my daughter and I. He sat with us and discussed in full detail what was wrong with me and explaining to me that I would need surgery soon. Being 72 I told him that I was a little apprehensive about the anesthesia, he explained to us that he had back surgery and he was a a little younger than I was and he did amazing. I’m now living in central Florida and praying that I can find a Orthopedic Surgeon as wonderful as Dr. Smith is.
