Read MoreIts already stressful enough going to a dentist, to have more complications in trying to go in to talk to a dentist is EXTREMLY frustrating and shoots your anxiety through the roof. on 1/9.23 I attempted to call your office and someone answered and mumbled something and then I heard on hold music, I thought oooh ok I guess I am on hold. after being on hold for 15 min. I just hung up not even 2 min of me hanging up someone called me back but I was already on another call so I just ignored it. On 1/10/23 again I attempted to call the office to see about scheduling a appointment, the first lady that answered was very kind and understanding about my issues and what I was hoping to accomplish, got into detail a bit told her I looked up the office to see if it was in network and it is and she sounded very thankful for that so she asked me if I wanted to schedule a cleaning or to just talk o a dentist, I explained to her that the last experience with a dentist was not very good, and that I am already nervous and self-conscious about this and she told me she totally understood, she then asked me if I could be put on hold and I said yes no problem, I waited a few minuets and someone else came on the phone and asked me what I needed help with, I explained to the new lady that answered that I was put on hold and someone had already helped me and they will becoming back, she proceeded to tell me that she can go ahead and help me, I said umm ok, I need to come in and see a dentist, and she said for? I thought to myself wow this is not right, and said look I would really like to finish this call with the last person that was helping me as I have already explained it to her, the new lady said I know I know but she's helping someone else now, I immediately said ok I appreciate your time and ended the call as I felt very uncomfortable with they way the new lady was coming across, I really appreciate the understanding in this.
