No patients are in the waiting room but me so i don't know what the delay was. I'm finally called to the back by a nice student NP. As im walking by I notice the NP Sophia checking me out from her office and looking me up and down. Wasn't a pleasant look at all. Where is doctor T. Woodbury who the heck knows Ive never seen em ?? Sophia later comes in the exam room and her demeanor and attitude is just nasty. It was like she already made up her mind that she wasn't going to carry out proper patient care with me. Gave me some quaky , bogus exam on my back. How do you not lift up clothes to view the spine? How are you viewing my spine through my clothes? When I called her out on her behavior she told me I could leave nobody was holding me there. Wow after I paid my copay and insurance paying for a visit i'm not going anywhere I told her. The bottom line is she failed at patient care. I didn't get the patient care I went there for. Now I have to find a new Dr. I wont be returning here and there is a reason nobody was in that waiting room. You been warned! Would give zero stars if I could! One more thing I had abnormal labs that were never reported to me or addressed.
