Was looking for a family doctor, made an appointment with Dr Stacy Beltz 2,5 months in advance, came to the appointment and Dr Stacey Beltz was not in the office that day. Moreover I was informed that nobody could see me and that they called 2 weeks ago to notify that doctor's plans for that day changed. I didn't see any calls. Did they say sorry that I had to lose 3 hours form work? Nope. On top of that, it was almost end of the year and my plan was to have the well check done before the new year. Horrible attitude.
