He ran tests to help look deeper into some symptoms I was experiencing. His approach is so gentle and caring. He takes his time to explain things, answer any and all questions you have, and treat things from the root cause.
I recently found out I was pregnant and he has accompanied me through the first few weeks of my pregnancy, in the meantime I find my permanent OBGYN for prenatal care.
I wish I could stay with him - he is so knowledgeable, kind, and I have so much trust in him! I’m so thankful that I have been under his care during this season. Being able to ask him questions, consult anything I’m experiencing or feeling, and have him ease my mind (especially since it’s my first pregnancy) has been such a blessing. He’s always open to helping, even on his busiest days. He cares so much about his patients and I can feel that care anytime we chat!
Chin, his assistant and office manager is another angel! She is so incredibly kind and helpful. Anytime I call the office or come in for a visit, she greets me with such joy. I know I can always contact her with any questions I may have, and she is always super helpful. When there are more specific questions, she connects with Dr. Young and helps me set up video visits so I don’t have to make the drive to the office. Recently I had something I was concerned about, and even though Dr. Young’s office was closed (it was his OR/ hospital day) she was able to reach out to him and set up a video visit after his long shift. I can’t explain how much her attention and care meant to me!
Dr. Young and Chin really make you feel like family. I am so happy I have found them! If you are under their care, you will feel this too. They’re such a blessing ♥️
