Read MoreHi, I had the worst experience here 2/19/18 first my appt was 10:30am waited 21/2 hours before I got in. The specialist was a black lady. Very cold. Never explains anything before she began no eye contact to the patient at all. I received 3 needles waited 20 minutes to numb gums. Ok she returns with her assistance, at this moment I have no info on what’s next ok I had to ask to find out & the assist Dr told me while she in my mouth OMG. Top & bottom wisdom pulled it was horrible kept telling her I feel it she kept proceeding, the assist Dr had to say something before she gave me a needle. Well I left there with a ripped corner lip & my jaw feels outta socket it keeps popping on left side & yes I was holding it while she pulling my top tooth right side. When she was done she just left out. I sat there not knowing if I was done. Blood all on my face was giving no wipes or anything. The staff clerk came in said come to the front I’m like is this for real. It’s like I was rushed out into the street. Handed a note on what to do that’s it. I had to walk Thru the sitting area looking a bloody mess stopped in the bathroom to clean myself up. The worst office ever. I think it’s lawyer time.
