Now I must find a different doctor because his facility is now known as part of MILLCREEK HOSPITAL. I have received over $900 in between two visits to his office in the last 3 months with my insurance that we pay astronomical for. This is the worst thing they could have done for there loyal patients and I am devastated! The staff had patients sign there new annual yearly forms with an area that states they are now a joint hospital setting facility. They did not even have the compassion to at least state it is better to be seen without insurance at $70 a visit before you are seen. Nope they tell me, on the phone, after I start receiving hundreds of dollars in bills. Good way to lose patients and put the facility under. Dr Bob I hope you see this and can help the situation because I am truly heartbroken.
