my husband, a war veteran and her patient, had a bad fall, hit his head, called Concord Hospital Internal Medicine office where she works, asked for a referral to CAT scan, as he was told to do in a walk-in clinic. 48-hours later, nobody has yet responded. Brain injuries are not obvious and might be life threatening. She and her staff clearly don't care about patients. Now, he has to go back to the emergency care, and sit there for hours and pay more money just to have CAT scan done. It's not the first time. Her office just ignores patients' calls.
