I simply and very much politely asked her for help with looking up basic information in the system, and in return received a glare. Someone working in that position should be able to easily look up basic information on the computer. I asked her once more and she told me she didn’t know where to look to find the information? If even she, as the receptionist, doesn’t know, I have no idea who to ask.
