My conversation with Jessica yesterday went south the minute she answered the phone . She was rude, disrespectful, and told me the person (Amy)
I talked to last week about an appt for my pet scan results denied I talked to her. I called earlier today and told them I was coming in for my records to take to oncologist Thursday since I still haven't heard about petscan results. As I am writing this review , Jessica calls me to come in tomorrow and is once again rude to me and then hangs up on me!
I always try to be kind and considerate to everyone. I have been understanding and patient with the staff and am thankful and appreciate everything they have done for me .
Staff, Please remember we (the patient) are anxious, overwhelmed, fatigued, sick, and doing our BEST to survive . We should be able to expect and receive your BEST when dealing with our health and literally our lives.
