He wrote the instructions on an amended document after my discharge even though I asked him to come talk with me as he was supposed to do and what the nurse and resident said he would prior to discharge. It's the most egregious neglect that I have ever encountered from a medical professional.
I still have not been able to speak with him about it, even though I called and called again. He knows I have questions but refuses to contact me, referring me to the amended document via surrogate in "past visit information" link that I had to click around for, having been told it was in my messages section (not even in messages where I know to look for this kind of thing) by someone who is NOT a medical professional, but a call center person.
I am very, very upset about this. I still have questions, but nobody will call me. I am home now, ignorant of some things my provider won't tell me about. What is going on here!?
