I have called the office multiple times for an appointment. As many have shared, the receptionist does not speak English well; it is very difficult at best to communicate with her.
I first left a couple of messages for call back, and got no reply. When I did reach the receptionist, I was told they did not have my referral. They said to resend and they would call me to schedules.
I left two more messages, no reply.
A week later, after the referral was resent, I was finally able to again reach the receptionist and again, difficult to communicate.
I was again told they did not have my referral, which has been sent twice. She then asked me to bring the referral to the office so I could schedule; the first available appointment is 2.5-3 months out.
Dr. Tran may be a great doc, but it sounds like he needs help with his office. Nonetheless, it is too difficult to get an appointment and takes too long to get one, not to mention the lost referral.
The annoyance is that I am a simple patient. I have recent treatment and diagnosis from another doc, copies of medical records, and just had labs done… I really just need an Rx.
I just asked for a referral to another doc.
