Now, I am very grateful to get them cleaned because Dr. Panella is so very gentle. He takes his time. If there is any pain at all, it is very little because the wax may be too deep. Otherwise, I always leave the office with a HANDSHAKE and a BIG SMILE from Dr. Panella. Finally, I leave with a BIG SMILE on my face as well.
