I checked my husband in on the kiosk at 1:15pm, for a 1:30 appt, after sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes, my husband went to the window and asked why 2 others have been seen and left, that came in AFTER us. She proceeded to tell us that we weren't checked in, I know for a FACT that I checked in and completed the check in on the kiosk!!
After telling the receptionist that we've been there for 45 minutes and nobody even checked to see if they could help us (which would have meant she got out of her chair and walked to the waiting area), she tells us she'll have to check with the office manager to see what they could do.
It's not my fault that the kiosk didn't work correctly, I feel a receptionist should actually do their job and check patients in, face to face, not a kiosk....God forbid they actually interact with the patients!!!
The office manager, who didn't even come out to talk to us herself, said we can wait till 2:30pm to have the dopler, then see the PA, I was like, um we've already waited long enough, my husband is diabetic and we hadn't eaten lunch, didn't think we'd be there THAT LONG!!! Needless to say, my husband WILL NOT be returning to Dr. Madden's office, as we're not returning where the office personnel doesn't think our time is as important as theirs is!!!! Not a happy patient at all!!! 😡😡😡
