The receptionist was friendly, efficient, and greeted us promptly when we arrived.
The office waiting room was clean and had plenty of space, though we were not there long as the Medical Assistant called us back shortly after we arrived.
After the necessary height and weight, the MA, Miranda, focused on my grandson, making him feel at ease. Her manner was kind, efficient, gentle and responsive. She was thorough in listening to each of our concerns.
When Dr. Colter entered, she also immediately connected with my grandson. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and warmly professional as she explored each item with us. I felt she, and Miranda, were invested in helping meet my grandson’s needs.
Miranda was expertly skilled in carrying out the 3 vaccinations my grandson needed with a supportive, calming, matter-of-fact manner.
While Miranda and Dr. Colter were with us, we were made to feel as if we were their only priority, though I could tell the office was busy.
Our experience at this office left us feeling heard, cared about and hopeful in the plan to move forward to address my grandson’s needs.
