She arrived for her 10Am appt not being greeted by anyone, so she sat and waited till finally someone called her to say she missed her appointment. When she explained she’s been sitting in the waiting room the entire time, they escorted her in to speak with Dr. tafoya who had the audacity to scold her like a child for not signing in at the front desk on a sheet of paper that had no instructions. We pay YOU to be professional, especially when half your clients are elderly! Treat these patients with respect or kindly retire because your behavior is unacceptable. Do better, I get times are hard and staffing could be an issue but being a decent human being takes little to no effort.
