Read MoreBooked an emergency appointment outside their business hours via their webpage due to severe tooth pain caused by a cavity (keep in mind this was my first time reaching out to them). After booking the appointment online, I got a call a couple minutes later- despite it being outside their business hours. I was able to schedule something right the next morning! I went in for an exam & they took X-rays & turns out I most likely needed a root canal. They offered to start the procedure asap- that same day/time I went in. Due to having a 4month old, with limited time, I was going to reschedule. What warmed my heart was that they offered to step in & help my little brother with my baby if needed during my procedure. Luckily my little brother is good with my baby so no help was necessary but it was still super kind of them! Aside from that, they ALL were super warming, welcoming, and calming. I felt no pain during my procedure & my dental anxiety has definitely gone down with them! Doctor cleaned out my cavity, took my pain away, and referred me to a specialist to get root canal. I loved the way all of the staff involved was super understanding and patient with my anxiety and how they explained everything thoroughly. I 100% recommend them.
