Read MoreI’m hard to please when it comes to doctors. When my primary care physician retired I went to many doctors until I found a good fit in Dr. Hurwitz. She has a great ‘bedside manner’ and is very pleasant. She seems very knowledgeable and I like her to the degree that I have followed her to 2 different offices. She had a practice with her father, then he retired. She stayed with Holy Cross and they located her in an absolutely horrible office in Lighthouse Pt. The staff was incompetent and uncaring. Dr H had to leave that practice or be taken down by their ineptness and I’m glad she got out before it was too late. Her current office in Tamarac is definitely an improvement. One you find a good doctor you stick with them, as I have done with Dr. Hurwitz. I highly recommend you give her a try!
