My son was in extreme pain and would not get up (which if you know toddlers, that's not normal!) so I asked his regular doctor's office for a referral to get a second look. We were referred to Dr. Albanese and they were able to make time for us the very same day. Registering him as a new patient was simple and quick, we also only waited for less than 10 minutes! In the exam room, the clinical staff made him feel so comfortable and engaged which goes a long way with a scared, hurt child. He also had x-rays done and the x-ray tech was very comforting to him as well. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Albanese and her staff, that made a traumatic experience (for child and mommy), a comforting one. And the fact that they understood and acted on the urgency of the situation is great piece of mind. I will definitely recommend this office to my family!
