Read MoreWas not seen at this location, but the level of care I received was completely lacking. At first I thought she was a good doctor, because she found the root of my problem. I went to see a specialist at Cleveland clinic. She had the audacity to even say the specialist "had no idea what they're talking about". And when I asked for a different referral because my insurance lapsed and I was no longer able to be seen at the clinic she kept referring me to a doctor that does not take my insurance. I had no idea how to navigate any of this and she was not helpful in any way. So, while I’m waiting on a specialist appointment I continued to see her about every day symptoms that were not being managed. The last time I left her office in tears because she basically derided me the whole appointment and said she couldn’t help me. Because of my frustration with her and her total lack of help or empathy I did start to get impatient with the whole situation. Her attitude seemed to be there must be something wrong with ME because I was upset at her terrible treatment. If I could give this woman no stars, I would. Terrible bed side manner and abhorrent "doctor". She needs to re read her Hippocratic Oath and try to embody it better in her work. Her current attitude and level of care is NOT cutting it. Dr. Meehan De La Cruz, if you are reading this-please go find another profession. You don't have a kind enough heart to care for other people.
