When I arrived he was the only one there, the office was in complete disarray, papers with personal information everywhere. He said "Here fill this out"...and after about 10 seconds of waiting he said "What do you want?"...I said "You never gave me a form to fill out"..he said "Ohhh ok, may I have your insurance card?"...I gave it to him, and he gave me someone else's paper work with their SS# on it, so I gave it back to him and filled out the paperwork (I did NOT include my SS#)...Again he said "Why do you keep standing there, what do you want?"...I said "You have my insurance card"....He proceeded to tell me that he gave it back to me in argumentative fashion as I told him.."It is in your right hand"...He said "O ok"...and gave it back... This is how our "professional relationship" began. Patients began looking at one another with an implication of "Should we get the heck out of here?"...The office was absolutely disgusting. I asked if he could burn off a tiny (centimeter) tattoo from my hand - He said he instead needed to perform an excision with stitches (???) He told me to come back on Saturday (today) at 1:30PM, but requested that I call him Friday (the day before) to ensure his availability. I called him Friday, he again said 1:30PM. Today at approximately 10AM, he called me...and stated "I am calling to make you aware that the procedure must be rescheduled due to the patient not showing up at the proper time" and he hung up on me. I have been trying to call him for over an hour - he is picking up my call, and hanging it up. This guy is nuts!! I believe he is fully aware of this and is trying to do something shady with regard to insurance billing. He won't even speak to me - but I consider myself lucky it was cancelled because that is NOT what you do with a tiny tattoo.....Absolute Crazy Experience. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! IT IS TERRIBLY UNSANITARY!! HE WAS THERE ALL BY HIMSELF AND IT LOOKED LIKE SOME KIND OF HAUNTED HOUSE OF HORRORS!! ZERO STARS!!! HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A PRACTICE!! PLEASE, IF YOU READ THIS AND HAVE BEEN THERE FILE A REPORT AT The State department of health services & NJ State medical board - before someone gets sick or injured!!!
