Read MoreMy wife found Dr. Jordan Webb when she experienced some intense pain and needed an emergency appointment. She loved the office and people working there and referred me. I went yesterday to have a cleaning, checkup, and look at a tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Every single person in the office was incredible. I was having conversations with the hygienist and assistant like we were old friends. As they were taking my x-rays, Dr. Webb (Jordan) came in to introduce himself and assist. He was friendly and spoke with me, not at me or down to me like my last 2 dentists. I felt so at ease and comfortable within 5 minutes of entering the office. Once the cleaning was complete, Dr. Webb came in to extract the wisdom tooth that was bothering me, on THE SAME DAY. I have NEVER had any prior practice that would work on a tooth the same day. They all had to schedule another appointment. I thought that this was the norm but not so. They numbed me well and I only felt a little pressure. Today all is well, and I no longer have horrible tooth pain.
I can't recommend this practice enough. If you have any bad experiences, talk to them. And yes, there are some young people (with UF in Gainesville having a dental school there are a lot of recent graduates) but they need a chance to learn in a real office and be taught. That wasn't my experience, but it isn't a bad thing. Anyway, thank you to Jordan, Amber, Jess, and the rest of the staff for being so excellent.
