I went on the website late one night to schedule an appt for a toe injury that didn’t seem to be healing, not expecting to receive a response until the next day, but was texted soon after submitting my information. I believe this was the same young lady who works in the office, though I am not sure. Both were very pleasant, professional and efficient.
I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by a small but very clean and comfortable waiting room, as well as the nice office lady. I filled out my paperwork and was soon escorted to a room. I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room and barely waited at all in the exam room before Doctor Jodee Brown entered. She was amazing. Her bedside manner, friendliness, listening skills and thoroughness in her answers….everything was on point. Her guidance in how I should proceed outside the office definitely helped expedite the healing process. She scheduled a follow up appointment, which I did end up canceling only because I was healed! I had gone to urgent care a month before coming to see her and they treated it as an infection (which it was not.) She immediately figured out the real issue and her treatment fixed it much faster!
Highly recommend this office!
