Read MoreI’ve been a patient of Dr Carls for many years and I can truthfully say that our Dr-Patient relationship has just gotten better over the years. In the past I used to feel very rushed, only able to address one issue in the allotted 15 minutes, and having to make another appt for another issue. I get that doctors offices need to run punctually and smoothly, and hopefully patients arrive at the correct check-in time. In some offices, appts are booked very tight where patients are forced to wait up to an hour in the waiting room but I have not found that to be the case in Dr Carls office. If I arrive at the correct time, my wait-time is minimal. Dr Carls listens to me and provides a comprehensive Patient Plan in an effort to diagnose and cure what ails me…which seems like a lot of ailments lately! On a couple occasions I needed to see the doctor for a very concerning health issue and his efficient Front Office was able to get me in that day or the next—I was grateful! We’re all human and should “improve” as we get older, no matter what our profession. I my opinion, Dr Carls is conscientious and very focused on finding the remedy for the health issues I am experiencing. I highly recommend Dr Carls if you are looking for a Primary Care Physician!
