Perfectly fine doctor. Supremely bad Denton office. Horrible. Disorganized unaware of what insurance they take and never notifies of being dropped from network. Absolutely the worst clerical experience ever. Rates a 0!

I had a allergy testing today! The experience was much better than what I had envisioned. The nurse practitioner was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She walked me through the whole procedure. Impressive!

Norma and all other staff are very helpful. My parents don’t speak English but Norma was so patient and tried explaining them everything with gestures. My parents were very happy. Very good service by her.
