Rescheduled twice cuz the doctor wasn't there. Center closed on Monday New Year's Eve when rescheduled to receptionist needs to look at the messages on the door. Before rescheduling. Haven't even had the privilege of meeting the woman yet. Need to train staff at communication.

Practice not calling back with test results. It's ridiculous that they won't answer the phone or return calls. It's been weeks without receiving test results or follow up. Totally unprofessional.
