It was for that same day. I felt terrible and was shocked I had mixed the days up. The receptionist could tell by my voice. I apologized, and figured I'd be charged for the visit. It clearly was my fault. No argument there, however I was not prepared for what came next. After I had cancelled my appointment, the Dr. himself called my home phone as well as my cell phone, later that day, asking me to call his office, and that I'd had an appointment and was not there. I called the following day to make sure he received my cancellation and questioned why he himself called me. The receptionist was a bit rough around the edges and informed me that if I wanted to reschedule, it won't be with Dr. Lussky.
Seriously???? She said that's just the way he is. If you cancel late or no show, he won't see you. Well, La dee da Dr. Lussky. Who do you think you are?? I don't care how good of a Dr. you are, you have a terrible bedside manner and attitude regarding your patients. Very "Old School" Doctor
Don't waste your time on this man. There are so many more who will value you as their patient.
