Those women at the front desk hate their job for sure, very unprofessional, disrespectful, and not very helpful ('cause they hate to be there). I don't understand why they keep scaring people away, people just turn around and leave, because of them, they don't give a s**** about your appointments or questions that you can have. They're very despotic and they just simple show you a smirk.
I'll never come back here, ever.
