Was told that I would need to get an xray to see if I needed surgery to disintegrate the stone, or if it needed to be done in ultrasound. They still scheduled a surgery appointment, and told me they would cancel if they needed to do ultrasound (that's fine). The office didn't followup with me after a week. I took the xray in the same building as Dr. Wenzler's office. I was told that I would have to schedule an e-visit with the Dr. to discuss the x-ray. When the scheduled day and time came, I was supposed to get a link to get a video meeting with the doctor. The link never came. I called the office three times to let them know that I didn't get a link. I was told to keep waiting. Twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment passed, when I called the last time, I was told that the doctor was in surgery and couldn't make the meeting. I decided at that point to cancel the surgery and any follow-up appointments because I couldn't trust the organization of the office. I spoke with the person that scheduled the surgery, they asked why I was cancelling my appointments, and I told her. She apologized and said that she cancelled the surgery. I then received a call from Dr. Wenzler about an hour later (this I appreciated), apologizing and asking if there was anything he could do to have me come back. I said that there wasn't, and sought out another provider. About a week before the cancelled surgery I get a call reminding me that I have surgery. I told them that I cancelled the surgery before. They said that they didn't have a note of it. I get a call today from the same person that I called to cancel my surgery, and she re-asks why I cancelled. Seriously. Get your stuff together. No-one wants to work with a doctor that can't keep appointments and can't figure out what's going on. There are a ton of other doctors out there that know how to keep track of things.
