Read MoreDr. Cotton and his team have done a ‘superb’ job taking care of me, my wife, and kids for many years… I couldn’t be happier with them… but, the most recent experience was so beyond ‘superb’ the team reached the hero status. I was seven days away from a trip to Fiji where we would be on a 60 foot catamaran sailing between tiny remote islands; very isolated. I felt a toothache coming on, and it wasn’t minor. I called sent email to Kelly asking to, “please let me know if you have any cancellations”. That’s when I learned that Dr. Cotton was also preparing for vacation and was so fully booked it would be quite difficult. The pain seemed to intensify when I learned that news, and I was worried. An hour later Andrea called me and said Dr. Cotton was also worried and would find a way to squeeze me in 2 hours later… one thing led to another and 3 subsequent visits because indeed the pain would have been a serious issue on the sailboat… In the end, thanks to the heroic acts of Dr. Cotton, Jaime, Kelly, and Andrea we sailed the islands of Fiji with no dental problems or pain. Thanks Dr. Cotton to you personally and your team for going the extra mile… my appreciation is beyond words.
