Read MoreA receptionist was very unprofessional & rude on phone (has since been replaced with someone very courteous & helpful in getting records when changing to different office); Dr's progress notes incomplete,a drug allergies not listed, illnesses not documented, appts not documented; I have a strong Med professional background & was appalled at my records when I received them, then finished reading them. He doesn't like to be challenged/questioned on a dx. If you are a chronically ill pt that has difficulty getting to appts some times BECAUSE you're too sick to get there & may have to cx with or w/out 24 hrs notice, this office may not be the the best fit..
