Due to family health complications, I needed to reschedule my appointment a couple times. I feel this was worth mentioning, because I was so impressed by the staff at the office before I even had my appointment. They helped me with all my insurance questions, (no small feat there!) and making sure that there would be enough time to provide treatment with my consultation appointment, should it be necessary.
Dr. Kendall was thorough about educating me concerning my films, different treatments, and prognosis. Even though I didn’t have the root canal, again, his staff called different providers on my behalf to try to schedule an appointment.
