Read MoreI would strongly advise against visiting this doctor's office. This was my first and last visit, and it was a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. Dr. Carlos A. Corrales displayed rude and disrespectful behavior, which is unacceptable from a medical professional. He became frustrated when I struggled to pronounce one of my mother's medications, despite my respectful approach. I informed him that my mother does not speak English, but he continued speaking to her in English without any consideration. When he became upset, he turned his back to me and started explaining things to my mother, When he handed her the prescriptions, my mother tried to get his attention so he could address me, but he ignored her and continued speaking to her. I was shocked by his behavior and felt completely disrespected. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking medical care.
