First time here, referred by my OB/GYN. The Most Unpleasant ultrasound I've had yet.
1. Receptionist #1: rude
2. Receptionist #2: rude
3. Ultrasound tech Elma: very rude.
She didn't greet me, never smiled, very cold & monotone, didn't speak throughout her images, kept monitor to herself & inwas left to stare at the dusty ceiling. Once ahe was done with her images, she barely turned her screen to me to show me my baby. My wife even tried to spark a conversation & Elma answered, "93.1", and that was it. When we finished, she didn't say a word or direct me to the next step which was to have my vitals done.
4. Nurse: This person turned out to be the Office Mgr. Karina. Rude, no greeting, put my blood pressure cuff on and literally walked OUT OF THE ROOM. I was sitting there, in the room, alone for a while until after the blood pressure cuff released its pressure. She mumbled her questions, I answered and then said, "OK, go back to the waiting room & wait for the doctor". She didn't direct me in the direction to the waiting room & I ended up going in circles.
Clearly none of these ladies enjoys their job. It's unfortunate the field they're in, being pre-natal. This is a happy time for us, while they simply move through the motions to collect another paycheck.
I'm still in the waiting room, I've yet to meet with Dr. Ogundipe... I ended up meeting Dr. Chavira who was pleasant.
